Have you got a fault on your telephone line?
If you need to log a fault on your business telephone line you can contact us on 0208 123 9913 and ask to speak to the faults team and we can log your fault for you whilst you are on the phone and give you a response time. Alternatively you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will call you back to log you fault over the phone but please remember to include you customer account number.
Do you have a general question?

Do you have a complaint?
If for some reason you have a complaint then please contact our complaints team on 0208 123 9913 and we will do our very best to resolve you complaint. If you are not happy with our response then you will be required to write into our complaints department so we can formally give you a written response within the allocated time period stated by Ofcom.
